Weekend Kids support

Weekend Kids suggests weekend outings for families in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, picked for your children's ages, the weather and how far you'll drive.

A place is wrong, closed or missing

Email us the place's name and what's changed. Corrections go into the next update of the app. Places that say "We have not visited this one yet" come from OpenStreetMap, and we haven't checked them in person.

Restoring Plus on a new phone

Open the app, go to You, open Weekend Kids Plus and tap Restore at the top right. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancelling Plus

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Weekend Kids Plus. Cancel at least a day before it renews. Apple's guide.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for purchases made in the App Store. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your information

There's no account and nothing to delete on our side: everything you enter stays on your phone, and deleting the app removes it. The privacy policy has the detail.
